I bought a car a few years ago through them and all was good. I just bought another and they royally botched it. They did the paperwork and gave my the figures and the monthly payment was perfect. However, they screwed up the paperwork and my payment was WAY higher and by then my old car was gone and they didn't know where it was. Such a bad experience.
