Absolutely terrible experience. Recently I bought a 2022 Civic and they buried fake fees into the loan—safety charges, bogus warranties, and shady finance costs I never agreed to. The car broke down within months, and suddenly they claimed I never bought a warranty. Karan, the rep, ghosted me and even blocked my number. Nonstop spam calls and texts, even after multiple requests to stop. This dealership is a scam—unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unethical. Avoid at all costs.
