Avoid this place at all costs. I was sold a broken-down car by Auto North West, and when I came back to ask for a refund, they refused to give me my money back. Instead, they insulted me by offering £1,000 less than what I had paid for it. Shocking behaviour and total lack of professionalism. The two bald guys running the place were rude, dismissive, and clearly not interested in doing the right thing. I feel completely ripped off. Don’t make the same mistake I did – stay away.
Don't bother. I'd suspect the positive reviews here to be false. I bought a car from AutoHub Northwest which after a few days gave me red warning lights. Returned for repair and after a few weeks the problems persisted. On returning the car they refused a full refund and dropped the value by over £1000. They wouldn't 'refund' but would "Buy the car back".... When I arrived they took it back for cash which raises concerns. Recently purchased used MB car, was quite impressed with the customer service and also after using the car was further impressed with the condition of the car. Very smooth and good car. I would always rate the trader 5 stars as they deliver what they promise.
I bought audi a3 from these guys flywheel and clutch went after week warranty firm wouldn't cover it so they actually paid for it there self thank you
