The worst experience we have ever had purchasing a car was facilitated by Autohound. It numerous phone calls to just get the type of vehicle correct, weeks to get pricing back, confusion in regards to extras and at the end of it all, Matt did not pay for the extra's that were part of the contract. We have tried to contract Matt numerous times, initially he agreed that he was at fault and would pay us the outstanding amount, but never paid and now doesn't answer our calls.
We have just purchased a vehicle through Matt of Autohound for the second time. Matt never disappoints. He eliminates the need to deal with pushy salesmen, always secures a great deal and makes the whole process so easy. We have always found Matt be honest, friendly and very professional and would be happy to recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle at a great price. Thanks Matt.
