I'm giving only 1 star and that's because they're service and shop mechanics aren't good at all. They failed to execute and perform the simplest of mechanical work to my Subsru Legacy while not following car technicial procedures and tech manuel guidlines and shotty mechanical policies, so they're failures to adhere to the state of Montana LLC by laws, so thusly I had to take my car to the Subaru dealership to get fixed correctly. 2. This is one of the only places I can get my Mercedes Sprinter repaired and they are always helpful, do good repair work and stand by their work. I had one part they replace fail and they replaced it a second time at No Charge for parts or labor!! Megan is super friendly and great to deal with.
Excellent service from generous people. We had an emergency coolant leak while visiting Glacier NP from out of state, no other auto shop could get us in for at least another week. German Auto Services ordered the needed parts that afternoon, and gave us a place to stay when we had nowhere else to go. Friendly faces, good technicians doing good work. We were very grateful to find this shop and would highly recommend their expertise to anyone.
I am giving this place a one star because no stars was not an option. I can't speak for their VW repairs, but I Would NOT take a Porsche here. After 6 months of sitting in their parking lot they finally worked on it. Believe it or not, it sounded and ran like a John Deere tractor when I got it back.
