I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Charles! I have never had such a pleasant (and affordable) experience with a car mechanic. Their office was immaculate and his wife was warm and inviting. My car is like brand new! Not to mention, I had a first with a mechanic. He actually said "I'm sorry Lindsay, I misquoted you on the phone yesterday. I accidentally charged you twice for a battery." Charles is my brother and I am maybe a little byass but he has been working on cars ever since we were in High School together. It was about 2 years out of high school Charles decided to work on Mercedes Benz he learned from the best and yes he is the best Charles will figure out what the problem is otherwise he is not Charles. This has been the best experience in getting my service. Charles is very knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz and he listens to what I have to say. He is very professional and his work is impeccable. I knew Charles well as the Service Director at Schumacher's and was always pleased with their work. When I received the Autohaus brochure I was pleased to see that Charles was "on his own". Charles was very knowledgeable in doing a 90,000 mile service on my car prior to leaving for San Francisco, Ca. He repaired my car and it ran great and continues to run great.
