Price for repairs 5/5. Communication 4.6/5. Honesty regarding the true issue at hand 5/5. I was led astray by Tom Wood VW regarding my 2016 Jetta, which led me to Autohaus. They investigated the actual problem with my vehicle and resolved my issue within days. Will be coming back here in the future if needed. Appreciate you all at Autohaus!
Brought in for service. When I got my car back there was damage to my front bumper. When I asked about this they said they would give me a call back. That never happened and they proceeded to give me the run around and never accepted responsibility. At no point did they make any efforts to contact me and follow up even though they promised to every time

Well wasnt able to help me with my 2012 s4 wiring harness issue, kinda got snippy because of it. But the man still called right back after i hung up and gave me a location that can help me. Thank you for the help with finding someone to fix my vehicle. It truly is sentimental value last keys i got from my pops..
