Had an amazing first experience at Autohaus! Gary and Lee are great to work with and tuned up my car quickly. We were even able to bring it in early. Will be recommending to everyone in the area!
I had the fastest repair then I expected the worker lige (I hope I spelled it right) gave a warm energy I ever met I recommended to any to come here for any car issues you have
Had to get my Audi S4's control arms replaced, and AutoHaus on Lincoln Ave came through big time. They quoted me around $1,200—way less than the dealership—and even handled a stripped rotor screw without extra charge. Gary and Xavier were straight shooters, explaining what needed fixing and what could wait. Appreciated the honesty—no upselling, just solid advice. Only gripe? The shop's a bit tight on space, so parking can be a hassle. But overall, left feeling confident in their work.
I was there on January 10th for a flat tire replacement, and all was well with that or so I thought. Today I tried to sell my car and turns out whoever worked on my vehicle incorrectly reported my odometer, it was reported 15,000 miles over what I actually have. So it’s been a pain to sell my car because of this error.
This shop is easily one of the best in Chicago. I’ve been taking my car here for years and always know I’m in the best hands. Thank you Gary and everyone at the shop!
