The crew at Autohaus were always very helpful and great communicators. My car was a tricky one and they were willing to master mind some great repairs. I also found their professional team a real pleasure to work with. Follow up in scheduling and delivery was always perfect. They certainly know what they are doing.
Autohaus is great, from front office to mechanics. They even diagnosed an issue without requesting payment, since the fix has to be done by the dealer, sadly. I'll bring all my cars to Autohaus
this is the best alternative to the dealership for Mercedes work. Prices are reasonable and service is prompt and thorough. they don't make unnecessary repairs or try to upsell you. I've always been able to get in for regular maintenance and repairs easily.
