I make an appointment with a week and a half of anticipation for an oil change. I received confirmation, everything was fine. When I did the almost 2 and a half hour drive over there, they tell me that they don’t have my appointment and there’s nothing they can do for me. Even after showing them all the confirmation codes and messages that do confirm my appointment.
