The lift wire on the right side of my garage door came off, so I called a company and they tried to sell me new wires, lift brackets, rollers and a new spring for $1250.00. I said no thank you and called Autograph and Evan in the office was very nice to deal with, and sent out a technician named Dan. He put on new wires, and said although your spring is not broken it is 20 years old and has past it's expected life span, so he installed a new spring and i paid $349.00. From start to finish my experience with the Autograph Door Systems team was great. I wasn't able to be home for the installation, however they still accommodated. I did have to have one or two things adjusted, but that was because I wasn't home at the time of install, however Dan came by and made it all perfect. My install included a new garage door and framing around the door capped. I LOVE MY NEW GARAGE DOOR! THANK YOU TEAM ADS!!!
