Booked an appointment for a windshield replacement. They gave me a 2 hour window between 8am-10am. I woke up at 745am so I could be ready for them. Nobody ever showed up by 10am. I understand that things happen and people run late but there was zero communication. A simple phone call that said he was running behind would have been nice. So I canceled my appointment.
