Bad customer service, my car had a oil leak. I was told to bring it in, came there, I was told to wait 15min till he finishes another car. 1 hour later still no help, did not even come tell me he is running late.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The mechanic told me there was no air conditioning belt and that they had removed it to reduce pressure on the engine. Shocked, I immediately went to the mechanic who did the RWC, ready to complain. To my surprise (and frustration), it turned out this was completely wrong — everything was normal and the air conditioning works perfectly cold.
