I contacted this company to repair a malfunctioning motorized driveway gate. First, I called the number on the website and received an instruction from voicemail not to leave a message, but to text the owner, Mark. I did that, and received an email from Yolanny Cabrera, who identified themself as "customer service", requesting information and numerous photos of my gate. Mark is an artist and pure perfectionist! I had my gates fabricated/installed over 17 years ago and the reliability/durability has been amazing. I still get compliments all the time on them. Mark installed a hidden water proof panel near the gates for all the components which serves as the command center. He even put in a counter to see how many times the gates have been opened. I work for a local property management company and one of my clients called me on Easter worried that his gate was not closing. He gave me the number for Autogate Systems so I called to leave a message to get us on the schedule that week to get the gate fixed.
