I have tried for a year to engage this operation and have been unsuccessful and told that the person Mark would get back to me, and that I should send the site plan, address and ideas for the gate style . Well that was more than a year of back and forth with different various office people telling me that the last person doesnt work there anymore, etc. Let's talk about follow up??? The gates and columns that Mark and his team made are truly works of art. To say that they are overbuilt would be a huge under-statement. If you want the job done right, call these guys.
I contacted this company to repair a malfunctioning motorized driveway gate. First, I called the number on the website and received an instruction from voicemail not to leave a message, but to text the owner, Mark. I did that, and received an email from Yolanny Cabrera, who identified themself as "customer service", requesting information and numerous photos of my gate. Mark is an artist and pure perfectionist! I had my gates fabricated/installed over 17 years ago and the reliability/durability has been amazing. I still get compliments all the time on them. Mark installed a hidden water proof panel near the gates for all the components which serves as the command center. He even put in a counter to see how many times the gates have been opened.
