Do not purchase! I bought a brand new vehicle and invested in the complete protection package for $2495. To my dismay, within 12 months, the car was rusting out, and paint defects were everywhere. AutoGard completely denied any responsibility and shifted the blame to me. This is a heartbreaking experience, and I urge you not to fall victim to this scam like I did!
Tried to make a warranty claim on a brand new vehicle I had paint protection done on due to the people not having the equipment or knowledge on how to use the product they sell. So far I have just been given the ring around by both parties and neither want to accept responsibility. Very helpful and friendly
I cannot recommend Nicole, Peter and the team at Autogard enough! After having some issues with a ceramic coat that was applied by a dealership (NOT BY AUTOGARD THEMSELVES), at my request they arranged to have a detailer sent out to me to re-do the car. Unfortunately this didnt rectify the issue so we came to an arrangement that i was extremely happy with. The best customer service i have ever received from these guys and i will be back for my future car care needs. Thank you guys!
