Delivered to my home another radiator the afternoon after I complained the one sent was damaged and took nearly 2 weeks to deliver. We spoke late last night and he was here today at lunchtime. I was worried because a notice said they were on holidays but regardless he responded quickly, was very friendly, courteous & made the time to deliver personally before they went away. Realiable and trustworthy as the parts ordered/received is meeting expectations and quality standards
I recently made a purchase which was for the wrong car on AutoFusion's eBay store, another senior moment from me, however I contacted them was able to cancel the order no questions asked and was refunded promptly.
