Got here early they took me in loaded in like 30mins or less and out the door and on my way.good service the loader guy was cool and wasnt rude like everyone else at pickup spots.hopefully will come here agian
We damaged our Autoflex Knott trailer jack on our SeaRay trailer. We knew we’d have to find a replacement quickly just to get the boat off the car. Our preference was not to purchase a poor quality after market replacement. On a whim we looked up the company and called. Tracy answered and tracked down Dave who identified our exact model. We learned their manufacturing operations are in WI, 35 miles from us and not far off our path. So within 45 minutes we were able to stop by and purchase an exact quality replacement. I contacted Autoflex Knott for assistance with the replacement of my boat trailer swivel jack, After a go at the website, i decieded to contact by phone, to make sure i had the correct item. Dave assisted me and ask that i send a specific pictures of the part number. Such a joy to have good ole fashioned quality service.
