I contacted Autoflex Knott for assistance with the replacement of my boat trailer swivel jack, After a go at the website, i decieded to contact by phone, to make sure i had the correct item. Dave assisted me and ask that i send a specific pictures of the part number. Such a joy to have good ole fashioned quality service. Great people on the i side
I bent my boat trailer axle and tried for several months to replace it working with service centers, the dealer were i bought my boat and online. I finally contacted Autoflex directly and they responded to my email in less than a full business day. They were amazingly helpful, easy to work with and David was able to get a replacement axle shipped out they had in stock. Recommend 100%!!!!
