Whilst holidaying from Australia we had a flat tyre on our hire car in Wanganui. When we went to use the spare tyre it was also flat and in unroadworthy condition. We contacted Shaun at Autofix and they came straight out to help. They did a great job of replacing both tyres and getting us back on the road again. We were very impressed by the friendly, quick and professional service.
Due to wanting to buy a specific car in Whanganui (when I'm from out of town,) I used Shaun to complete a pre-purchase check for me. He did this promptly and diligently. Post check he was available and very helpful in answering questions and imparting his expertise. His estimates to do some extra work for me were accurate when it came to being billed.
