Buying my first car couldn’t have been a better experience. Ahmad was genuinely kind and, unlike many dealerships, he didn’t use any pressure or make up stories to push a sale. The whole process felt honest and straightforward. The car drives really well, and whether I just got lucky or it’s a result of their professionalism, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase.
Purchased a nice used Lexus from this dealership. Adam and the team were very accommodating even meeting me at the dealership after hours. No pressure from anyone even though they were coming in late for me. It was my own fault for not taking full advantage of the test drive to notice the front brake calipers were locked up and rubbing against the rotors. That’s the only reason for the 4-star instead of 5. $250 fix for a good deal on an otherwise solid used car.
I have been driving my RDX for about a month now. The car is exactly as described and runs well. The transaction (payment/title transfer) was an effortless process. The owners of this family business were professional, fair, and knowledgeable. I would buy from them again without hesitation.
They are willing to go the extra mile. Very friendly people. I bought my car there and have no complaints
