The team were pretty responsive and answered all my questions quickly. Unfortunately, when I turned up for my 8 am booking, no one was there. I had arrived about 10 minutes early and left at 8:15 with no one yet to arrive. They had my details, so could have called me if they were running late, but nothing. 24 hours later and still no contact. Business must be good if they can just dismiss a customer.

I cannot recommend Autofidelity highly enough. After several workshops either couldn't diagnose my vehicle properly or simply didn't want to get involved, Jarrod at Autofidelity was the only person willing to take on the challenge.
