Reliable after-sale service! Jarrod and Anna are awesome. Had my carplay fitted last year, but recently got issues due to switching to Android phone. They fixed it by updating the software free of charge.
Had the Ghost 2 immobiliser fitted to my Corolla Hybrid. The job was thoroughly professional and the explanation on how it works was detailed. If you want a the best immobiliser fitted to your car then this is the place to go.
***AVOID*** They supplied and installed a CarPlay solution to my BMW where: 1. Was told post-install that I had less OEM features available (I.e. no use of CD player, cannot tap into existing mic). 2. Only had < 3.5 years of use. Their CarPlay solution was only supported up to iOS16. No updates from them in between. Advised them of this issue, and their only 'solution' was to offer me an alternative 'South Korean' product if I forked out another $930 (on top of the $1400 back in late 2019) without even sharing product partic... read more
