Felipe is an honest person and a highly knowledgeable mechanic, and I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. My Mercedes C250 randomly stopped one day and the engine would not start at all. I had a very good experience with Autofast. The service is professional and trustworthy, and the pricing was fair from the beginning. I would especially like to highlight a situation when my car unexpectedly needed a tow truck. Autofast handled everything very quickly and efficiently, which really gave me confidence in their service and reliability. I would definitely recommend Autofast.

Follow-up to a concern I raised — the team were professional, transparent, and took the time to explain everything. The issue wasn’t their fault, but they still waived the labour costs as a goodwill gesture. Very satisfied with how it was handled and happy to return.
