What our experience with this establishment has not been good as indicated by the one star because zero star was not available. This establishment has a great selection. The sales team was awesome. They did a good job of showing the Mobility products and if I give them a star, I would give them a five star. The problem starting to win the scooter. Not a good experience with getting my dad’s scooter fixed. It took the service guy a week to get out and see what the problem was. Now we’re going on two weeks waiting on a part. When we called they informed us the part didn’t get ordered. Eight days after the service tech showed up to find out the problem, the part had not been ordered. Don’t bother calling, they don’t answer the phone or return messages that you leave. Very poor office help. This is my 92 year old dad’s only transportation.
