I had only owned my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder for about 10 days, and on day 6 it was dead in my driveway! CARMAX (the seller) was totally unresponsive; another Nissan dealership was slow to respond. McFarland was immediate, and helpful. Had the car transported there for a Monday morning appointment......it was repaired and ready for me on Friday afternoon ! $1000 worth of repair work, all under warranty. I couldn't be happier with them. They will have my service work from now on !

Needed to get steps put on my Pathfinder and called local Nissan dealers to compare prices. Mcfarland beat another places price by over $100 and gave me a better overall feeling of service. Mike in parts and Brett in service were the specific associates I dealt with. Both of them met and exceeded my expectations.

Each time I bring in my vehicle the technician is friendly and personable. He checks on what service is required, gives me number so I can check on status while vehicle is being worked on.Once service is completed they go over what they did. Service there is excellent.

I’ll try to just state the facts and keep my rage out of this post. I avoid bringing my car here in general simply because the upselling is exhausting. I recently scheduled a fix due to a recall, as well as a tire rotation. I dropped my car off the day before the repair since the work would be done on a Friday during office hours. I received a text the morning of the repair telling me that the recall parts were not available. Love Autofair in Stratham, they are always polite and helpful. Comfortable waiting room, and my car is always done when they told me it would be.
