So I bought a Honda accord from this dealer. It has been on recall for over a year and I’ve been trying to get it in. Every time I call to schedule it they say they cannot bring it in cause the part is on back order. They will not even schedule the service and Honda keeps sending me letters saying to bring it in for the recall. Very quick and easy service. Estimate was an hour for an oil change and tire rotation but ended up being closer to 40min.
Personally I don’t really like it here. Whenever I call or email for quotes on something, I never hear back. I recently called about head gasket quotes, I was told someone would get back to me. No calls, no emails, not in my spam folder. Once I went it to have my battery tested as it kept dying but AAA and places said it was fine. It was clear they had no idea how to test it, three people were looking at it and seemed very unsure how to interpret the reading.
