Would not recommend Autodream. We had constant issues with the MPV we bought from them, we were only able to drive the car for 11 days of the 2 months we owned it. They were initially responsive to resolve the issue, but as more issues arose they were reluctantly helpful and communication was poor. In the end they would only refund us the purchase price less $500 on road costs, making it an expensive 11 day drive.
Had the worst experience ever dealing wit this company stay away , wasted 2 weeks of my time to agree to a deal the when its about to be processed they change the deals to try and cam me eve tho i have all emails in writing , then try to put 4o dollars gas into a new brought vehicle 9Insuklt ) and they and rip me off 700 dollars for a factory head unit installed What a disgrace as well as have poor English and email writing skills NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!
I bought a pristine bmw of these lovely lads, I was introduced by a young lad named Ian who was very easy to talk to and had great knowledge, Jim and Edward also were very helpful to Ian with things he didnt know. Overall great business and very good team!!!
I just wanted to rate my purchasing experience at AUTODREAM. We bought an unregistered Toyota car from them. It was a smooth process from the beginning to the end. We are highly satisfied with our new car . More specifically, I would like to appreciate the sales person "IAN CHANG". His approach was very relaxed and friendly. He was an after school young proffesional with amazing sales ethics and motorhead mindset.
