I manage a parts warehouse and an assembly line, and we have three Autocrib-type dispensers. Aside from the absolutely terrible support, the machine itself isn't bad, but it's not great either—just pretty average. We’re currently replacing these units with MATRIX MAXI and MATRIX WIZ machines, which are much better suited to our needs, easier to use, offer better support, and so on. For a company affiliated with Snap-On, this is very, very run-of-the-mill.

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. WILL NEVER, EVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM AUTOCRIB AGAIN. SUPPORT ARE NOTHING BUT IMMATURE AND TALENTLESS CHILDREN WHO BLAME CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR OWN SHORTCOMINGS. WE BOUGHT A $60,000 SYSTEM OVER A YEAR AGO AND ITS STILL NOT INSTALLED OR WORKING AS PROMISED BY THEIR SALESGUY.
