5-star service at a fair price. Really happy with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and honest. The work was completed on time, and everything was explained clearly. I would definitely recommend this workshop.
日本人の方に紹介されて以来、何度もお世話になっていました。スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで、相談もしやすいです。 私はとても古い車に乗っており、特にエアコンのトラブルが度々ありました。その都度修理をお願いしていたのですが、ある時、中古部品を取り寄せての修理を依頼しました。 その修理の約1か月後に再びエアコンの不具合が発生し、再度車を持ち込みました。一度は改善したものの、その後も不具合が続き、何度か通うことになりました。 そして約4か月後に、その交換した中古部品自体に不具合があったことが分かりました。修理費用が高額だったため補償の有無を確認したところ、補償期間は3か月との説明を受け、残念に感じました。 補償期間中にも何度か車を持ち込み確認していただいていた中で、結果的に補償期間を過ぎてから部品の不具合が判明したことについては、納得できない点もありました。また、なぜ補償期間内に適切な対応ができなかったのか説明をお願いしましたが、その後返信はありませんでした。 全体として、特に問題のない車であれば気持ちよく対応してもらえるお店だと思います。ただし、部品を取り寄せる修理を依頼する場合は、しっかり確認することをおすすめします。
