I took my 2024 VW GTI for a custom install. 5 stars all the way from initial introduction to pick-up. It is evident how customer satisfaction is the top of their priority. The shop is very professional and Stefano was able to answer all my questions and showed me similar installs. The installation was extremely clean.
Stefano and the team are the actual best. Been going to them for ages. Never a bad experience.
I want to hear about 2 or 3 years ago and I forgot to make this post. However, the radio will always be sounding like static and the service well not the greatest overall now that I think about it. I need an upgrade on the system. But I will not be going back here again.
About a week ago, I had a phone conversation with Stefano about possible work done on my car. He had a personable professional manner and listened to my concerns. As it turned out, a relative on LI handled the situation when I was out there visiting. However, I wanted to post this to thank Stefano for his kindness and willingness to accommodate me as a senior with some mobility problems (that is an old photo). I strongly recommend AutoCraftNYC.
