After 8 months of waiting, multiple phone calls, emails and physically coming into their workshop i still dont have answer or ETA on where parts I purchased are? I Came in today to get a refund and saw that Aden Calaz has been evicted, as he owes a significant amount of money to multiple parties! Where are my parts? Where is my money? Where did you go Aden? I called prospeed racing to see if my order was ever placed by autocraft and they told me it was cancelled a few weeks after! What happened?
This is a good review for what happens when you've booked your car in at Autocraft. It is a review of utter frustration when you are trying to contact Aden or Jesse by email or landline or mobile. Come on guys I've been trying for more than a month. You know me from past business. If you read your reviews, alas this is the only way that I - from 100kms away - can reach you.
