Took my 252k mile aged BMW here after needing 4 new shock absorbers and I can easily say Autocraft is one of the friendliest and best garages I’ve ever been to. The price was easily the best in the area, the service was quick, friendly and the standard of work was impeccable. Been to hundreds of different garages in my life but I can honestly say that the only one I will use now is auto craft they are so good and very affordable and professional first class service
Charged for work that was completely unnecessary on the car or even requested. The issues that needed fixing were made very clear. Unfortunately only realised this several months later when I looked at the receipt again. Won't use them again
