Still waiting on my car repairs after over three months, with minimal communication and unclear timelines. While the staff is polite, the long delays and lack of updates have been frustrating.
Very conscientious
To me, the successful auto body shop does quality work and works well with insurance company, Lou and his crew did exactly that. Had a front end collision with many hidden problems initial insurance appraisal could not see, but Lou worked with the appraiser, managed to get genuine GM parts for the same price as the after market parts and I couldn't be happier, truck looks great plus it runs smoother and quieter then before the accident!
