Very pleasant experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful, handled everything with my insurance company and when I got my car back it looked better than it ever has. They even detailed it! I highly recommend them.
It took a week longer than they said it would to get the parts in, no one called me to tell me the parts were in. I had to call and check on it and was told the parts would finally be in on Tuesday. I called on Wednesday and the parts were in. But no one called me on Tuesday as promised. Then they told me it would take 1 1/2 weeks to repair the car, when initially they said it would take 4-5 days. And then they said it might take longer than 1 1 /2 weeks but maybe not! H E L L O !
