Customer service was top tier. Pricing was comparable to other shops. They diagnosed the issue pretty quick and had everything fixed in a timely manner. Service isn’t listed but they did a full rear axle swap, rear differential rebuild, front differential and transfer case service, and replaced the leaf springs. Will highly recommend and go here for my future mechanical needs.
I was a first timer at AutoCraft because I was taking a trip and found out at the last minute I needed an alignment and they were the only place that would fit me in the next day. The business was clean, the staff was courteous & professional, and Dustin my technician was informative with the problem and the work he did. I will for sure use them again!
I had full engine/transmission replacement. The price was the going rate for the industry today. Quick turn around however. About a week and a half while others told me a month or better. We had a few minor glitches but they stepped up and made it right no questions asked. The truck just finished it's break in period and they did that service same day.
