Went specifically to this establishment based off of the reputation they have for being an honest and fair business. I can definitely vouch for that. No shady stuff at all ( which is definitely a common occurrence in this industry) everything was up front and clear. Got my car back in perfect condition! Easy to work with and so fast Ty!!!!
I was driving into Lakewood when I suddenly heard noises coming from the bottom of my car. I texted Schmitty right away, and he told me to bring it in immediately. When I got there, the team took care of the issue (a damaged water guard) in no time. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional throughout. It's rare to find a shop that responds this fast and treats you this well. Highly recommend!
Phenomenal experience from start to finish. They replaced my door and had everything done incredibly quickly. The entire team went above and beyond, was extremely accommodating, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Great pricing, excellent workmanship, and outstanding customer service.
