The car was clean and as shown in the pictures, but then when I drove it around the place before buying it I realized that the rear parking camera was not working properly. I told Adam and Jeff about it and Jeff told me not to worry about it. They would order the new camera and they would fit it for free as it was something faulty in the car. This place is a disgrace and should they re open from their ‘temporary cease of trade’ do not go anywhere near AutoChoice. They have left my car is an absolute mess and claim to have fixed a fault when they’ve made it much worse than it was before. Avoid avoid avoid BEEN Scammed Refundable Deposit of £500 taken yesterday, changed my mind and asked for get deposit back. Blocked on what's app, all days calls declined on landline etc. Avoid everyone. Website also saying business seased. Reported to the bank police as well.
DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOCHOICE BRISTOL! - They have recently ceased trading. I was in their showroom on Monday, I went to go collect my car from them and they were fully shut, with a car blocking the entrance. This is just the start of the problems, I purchased my car on the 15th April 2025, I drive the car to the gym and a light comes on for the drivetrain. I take the car back for them to get fixed. Now that they have ceased trading they have taken my upfront payment and car. Do not touch this company!!
