Liars, Dishonest, Unreliable, Untrustworthy, Scammers. Rashad the owner is a liar and a pain to deal with, can be hostile and unprofessional. Rashad makes promises and does not keep them and will lie to you when you address them. I payed for a full lift and alignment and did not get an alignment, they also kept all my old parts after specifically telling them I wanted my old parts back. They sold me a horrible tire and told me it was a better tire. Got on the highway for the first time after having the tire replaced and I almost lost control of my vehicle due to the tire not being balanced and it being bulged. They charged me 65 dollars for that tire and when I gave them an opportunity to rectify the situation they blamed it on alignment. Bought a Benz today and Veronica helped me with the entire process and made is easy and affordable, the actual owner came in and made the deal so much better by throwing in extras, the car is magnificent, and the price was worth it, I will be purchasing my wife a truck next week, thanks auto choice!!!!!
Where do I start the owner Rashad is absolutely amazing and was a delight to work with. He ensured my family and I rode off in style and grace. He's team friendly customer service and transparent approach made our buying process so much easier. Veronica was beyond amazing as well from start to finish!
