Long time customer. Car no longer working after service. Broke oil cap. Denied all responsibility. Adam was dismissive and condescending. The only reason I kept going back is Mandy’s lovely!
We were charged $105 for TWO light globes without it first being discussed with us after going in for a pink slip, just a pink slip. After talking to the person in the office about being unfairly charged for something they didn’t discuss with us he said “ it is what it is”. Absolutely poor communication and customer service.
Took my car there with a bunch of issues that aren’t exactly enjoyable to fix. Seized wheel bearings and electrical issues. The boys even stayed back to get my car to me for the weekend. Invoice was fair and reasonable considering the amount of effort and time required to fix the issues. If you’re looking for a new mechanic these guys are great.
Been coming here for over a year, great location close to my work place. I have four vehicles, including a truck, and they’ve all been well taken care of by them. The team provides great service, works efficiently and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
Doesn't sell used tyres it's against the law! Top quality work is carried out on your vehicle's here they even do pink slips, the mechanics you can trust.
