Just horrible customer service I was on the phone 2 minutes and was given complete attitude the entire time so. Before hanging up I let him know what I thought of his customer service. Absolutely Grumpy ppl
Poor customer service
From start to finish these guys are pros. I've spoken and dealt with Nigel and Kevin. Both great guys. So helpful I installed the Encore ENA-2T3 amp into my 24 sequoia capstone. So straight forward. Easy plug and play. I made a couple calls during install to make sure of a couple things and they were great at answering my questions. The amp made a world of difference in the factory system. Very happy with the product and Autocentrix. Highly recommend
