Had an issue but the boss man went beyond to make things right. I appreciate it and when my other truck has a problem I will bring it there to try again.
The team at Autocenter CDA were friendly and extremely helpful. We had been visiting family in CDA when we discovered that our vehicle needed some repairs. Thankfully we were well taken care of here and able to get back on the road for our long journey back home.
I am a bit unhappy with the dilemma I had. I called before I drove my truck over there, I told them it was a hybrid and they said they could diagnose the issue. I received a call saying they could not diagnose it that the motor has a lot of issues. GM hybrids are difficult and I get that not all shops can diagnose it but I still got charged an inspection fee and had to take it to a different shop.
They were amazing. Super nice people, very honest and down to earth. They never tried to push me into anything extra. I told them what my situation was and they listened and took care of me based on that. Super happy with my experience and I will use them in the future.
