Most helpfull and efficient price is right
One star because I didn’t have the option of giving no stars, had a screw in my tyre and called to see if they did puncture repairs to which they said yes, after asking if I could bring the car in for a quick repair I was told no. Very rude and seems as though they aren’t really interested in servicing the needs of customers, would definitely go anywhere but this business and I did ! Called Bosch and they were more than happy to accommodate me and get me out of a bind. Pathetic attitude here and rude !
5 stars for customer service and qualified knowledge. Booked in for general maintenance service on my diesel Hyundai iLoad and I'm so happy with how I was treated as a customer... if there's anything going wrong, they let me know. No surprises. Extremely price competitive!!! Definitely be returning for all my future automotive needs. It's a busy little workshop, so well worth ringing in advance to schedule a time for a greenslip, service or repair.
