5 stars for customer service and qualified knowledge. Booked in for general maintenance service on my diesel Hyundai iLoad and I'm so happy with how I was treated as a customer... if there's anything going wrong, they let me know. No surprises. Extremely price competitive!!! Definitely be returning for all my future automotive needs. It's a busy little workshop, so well worth ringing in advance to schedule a time for a greenslip, service or repair... you may need to consider 2-3 in advance!!!
Can’t recommend these guys enough. After getting a flat tyre while camping in Hawks Nest and needing to get back to Sydney, the team were amazing - friendly, efficient and super helpful. They found the nail, repaired the tyre straight away, and had us back on the road in around 45 minutes, all at a great price. Really appreciate the fantastic service!

Visiting Hawks Nest we needed engine oil top up. A call to Carl - he was terrific. prompt courteous helpful. I popped over and the job done. They even apologised for my short wait which was completely unnecessary given my impromptu request. Mechanic even explained the issue (oil level change) which was very interesting. Workshop is the cleanest most organised i have ever seen. And i compare this experience to VW Coffs Harbour last week - where service was terrible, encounter awkward, somewhat rude..(and we are a third time V... read more
Great place to get you car serviced, very knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. Just remember to book any work in advance as they usually have a 2 week wait.
