This company does not care about its customers. Had a car moved from Townsville to Perth and it was delivered late. It was only my persistence and a lovely lady in Perth that helped me get my car otherwise I would still be waiting. The head office is in Melbourne so If you are in any other time zone you get no service once the Melbourne office closes. Do not use this company if transporting your private car. Having an expensive car shipped east to west across Australia is a bit frightening. I read some terrible reviews but settled with Autocare Services more by gut than anything else and held my breath. It turns out I worried for nothing. My call to book vehicle transport from Adelaide to Perth was taken in a professional but friendly manner. Very reassuring. Not sure sure how costs compare but I thought $800 was reasonable. I was told the car would be coming over by train. I imagined it would be coated with red dust on arrival ... read more
