Made the mistake of booking through a broker, rather than Autocare directly. The broker takes the money (higher rate than dealing with Autocare directly) and promises the world, and can't deliver as they don't do the transport themselves!! Autocare is a pleasure to deal with. They gave me a realistic time frame and delivered. Next time I need a car transported, I will book directly through Autocare and not the crook Brokers. The Adelaide branch are very professional and helpful 👍🏻

We chose National Car Movers to transport our car from Sunshine Coast to Adelaide in October. This company must of handballed the job at some stage to AUTOCARE. The car arrived on time and this is where the good bits end. There was a small amount of damage. $350 was the quotes. Autocare claims department processes is such that they make you jump through hoops and get so frustrated that you drop the claim.
