The team did an excellent job — all imperfections were removed, and the paint looked flawless. They were professional, attentive, and made sure I was completely happy with the result. I visited Autocare NT Stuart Park with my brand-new car to show them a few scratches, swirl marks, and fine lines. The owner assured me that a deep cut service would completely remove all imperfections, so I agreed to proceed. They charged me $550 for the deep cut treatment; however, it appears they only washed and polished the car before returning it. The condition of the car remained exactly the same as before. Do there best not to honour warrantys make up lies stay away go somewhere that would fix there mistakes
I brought my vehicle in for a ceramic window tint in June 2023. Unfortunately, during the tinting process, all four door trim weather seals were damaged. I wasn’t informed beforehand that this was a likely outcome, and I only discovered the damage after the work was completed. Only one of the four door seals were glued back however this failed resulting in the damage being discovered.
