Terrible experience. Was given a quote for original parts, after dropping off my car they decided to install aftermarket parts without consulting me, and for the same price as original pieces. They didn't even tell me they did that until I later called and asked if they were original parts, as agreed. Not only that, but they stripped two bolts (after claiming they only stripped one) on the bracket of the engine mount, as the after market part didn't line up properly, and they attempted to force the bolts into place.
