We had a major breakdown while travelling through and I rang Damian to see if he can fit us in on short notice. He did and spend with his team almost 3 days solving our issue. Can’t speak highly enough of him and Blade. If I would live in Emerald he would be my mechanic of choice.
Called them after two of the rear wheel bearings had collapsed while travelling to Melbourne, a fairly major job they sourced all the parts and fitted them that same day. He managed to fit me in despite saying that he was booked out until August 17. Certainly appreciate and recommend this business to anybody..
I was caught short in having my new Suspension and Airbag re tension service done. When I rang Damien from Autocare Emerald he went out of his way to assist me and booked in the service to coincide with our caravan stay. Not only did Autocare carry out a 100% professional job, they dropped me back at the caravan park and picked me up on job completion.
