I needed a tow because my truck's brakes needed work. AAA sent these guys to tow the truck. The truck was improperly secured, and IT FELL OFF while going around a corner. My truck hit the cab of the tow truck, and it popped off the side. The photo shows them trying to drag it back on the bed of the tow truck, laterally. The fall and attempts to pull the truck back on the bed caused enormous damage. After I rejected their first offer to pay for the scratch on the bumper, they offered $800 for the truck.
