Jerry the service manager was helpful getting an estimate for brakes ($660) and my broken exhaust clamp($73). I am upset they charged me $161 for the estimate. If an auto shop is charging for estimates they need to tell the customer upfront and not surprise them! I went to another auto shop and they fixed the exhaust clamp in 30 minutes for $45 and gave me an estimate for the brakes $450. They didn’t charge for the estimate!! Not sure I would get an estimate again or work done in the future.
The group at Autocare was able to trouble shoot the issue with our vehicle and repair the problem in a very timely manner.
We took our company car here for some routine maintenance. They were wonderful to work with! Very communicative and informative. Definitely bringing our vehicle back!
Thanks for getting the vehicle i was thinking of ourchasing in last minute for an insepction. You giys did a very through job and let me know all of the thibgs that were wrong and an estimate of what they would cost. Saved me an extra $4,000. I decided not to purchase this vehicle.
Got surprised by burning rubber smell while out on a day trip and this shop was nearby and able to get me in. The front brakes and stuff had to be replaced. They found that there had been a recall on this brake system and advised me to follow up with the dealer. The shop that put new brakes on in January did not discover that! So thankful--nice people to work with. I'm back on the road.
