The only shop i trust.
Jerry the service manager was helpful getting an estimate for brakes ($660) and my broken exhaust clamp($73). I am upset they charged me $161 for the estimate. I have since talked to the manager and they we sorry about the estimate charge and issued me a refund If an auto shop is charging for estimates they need to tell the customer upfront and not surprise them! I went to another auto shop and they fixed the exhaust clamp in 30 minutes for $45 and gave me an estimate for the brakes $450. They didn’t charge for the estimate!... read more
