Bought a BMW from Justin in Oct 22 and have had nothing but issues, all 4 alloyed were cracked, mercedes wheels nuts used, had to replace most of the brakes components after the 3mth warranty I had on the car, timing chain went 6 mths ago along with clutch and flywheel and just recently the oil pump failed causing the bottom end of engine to seize, great customer service right up until the point I needed something fixed within the warranty window, took several months even to get the handbrake fixed, won't be back, been sold ... read more
*Fraudulent dealer who tells lies - stay away*. Purchased a 2012 Ford Focus off Justin in March 2022. Agreed he would change the timing belt and stamped book to that effect. 20,000 miles later the timing belt snapped - completely ruining engine, investigations proved the timing belt had not been changed as original ford stamped timing belt on vehicle. Currently being investigated on a criminal level. Typical worming out off the issue and passing on blame to someone else. Do not waste your money with this crook. AVOID.

Excellent experience with this dealer, from the money offered for the part exchange to the deal itself. I bought a 2016 Kia Carens because I needed a 7 seater due to the family increasing, Justin and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, supportive and got me to pay less that I was expecting. Even when the deal was already made, they asked me to collect it a couple days later so they could fully service it and give it a full valet.
