I have to be honest, Roy has been so helpful and patient with my questions and sorting out my issues. There are not many company's around like this one these days that go that extra mile and do it with good grace and humour. Would give more stars if I could. Thank you Roy.
Bought a lumenition ignition system for a Jaguar V12 the guys were polite and beyond helpful. I had some adjustment issues and Roy was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great service
Been trying to contact these guys for months now. Answer machine message advises to email but they never reply. I want to give them my money but can't work out how. Have they gone out of business?
Just had a luminition part checked by Roy, it proved to be faulty. Had a phone call back explaining the situation and a replacement sent back to me 1st class. What an exceptional service. The company guys were more than friendly . Thoroughly recommended .
The lumenition magnatronic system is great. Customer service, however is awful. Waited over 2 weeks for parts and calls not returned
