Ordered an alternator. Got charged, never received the alternator. Looked up order details, says “invalid order” but I was charged nearly $300. Customer support is a bot voicemail, this site is a scam and the person responsible should be put in jail for fraud. Hard to believe this site is still up. Is anyone gonna report them?

Ordered coil packs from here, the description said it fit my car but it didnt fit and match up. I tried contacting through email and phone but it takes forever to get a response and they told me they would send a return label..that didn’t happen. Seems like a fake site.
